Popular and partisan marches took place in the downtown area of Amman this Friday in support of the King’s stance on the Palestinian cause.
Participants raised slogans affirming their support for His Majesty King Abdullah II and the unified Jordanian position that Jerusalem is a red line.
The slogans also praised the King’s political and diplomatic efforts in reopening Al-Aqsa Mosque to worshippers after 40 days of closure.
They emphasized that there can be no compromise on Palestinian rights and no relinquishment of Jordanian sovereignty.
Participants in the marches expressed their support for the Kingdom’s enduring positions on the Palestinian cause.
