State Security Court begins investigation into death of 3 Anti-Narcotics officers
The Attorney General of the State Security Court, Brigadier General Military Judge Ahmad Talat Shahaltough, stated that the Public Prosecution of the State Security Court has initiated investigation procedures into the case related to the martyrdom of three members of the Anti-Narcotics Department, which recently occurred in one of the areas east of Amman.
The accused in the aforementioned case was charged with several offenses, including (the felony of resisting employees working to implement the provisions of the Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Law by means of a weapon, which led to the death of an employee, repeated “3” times), and is punishable by (death according to the provisions of the law).
