UNRWA: Warehouses in Jordan and Egypt ready to fill 6,000 trucks to Gaza
The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) confirmed on Saturday that its warehouses in Jordan and Egypt are fully stocked with food, medicine, and health supplies, and that it is ready to fill 6,000 trucks carrying these aid supplies to send them to the Gaza Strip.
UNRWA said on its X page that 'stopping the current catastrophe requires bringing massive amounts of aid into Gaza through the United Nations, including UNRWA.'
The UN agency stressed the need for Israel to allow the immediate entry of this aid into the Gaza Strip.
Previously, UNRWA's media advisor Adnan Abu Hasna told Al Mamlaka that the number of deaths due to malnutrition is much higher than the reported figure.
