Ammon News - The Public Security Directorate (PSD) has urged citizens to exercise caution and adopt safe, preventive measures during the period of unstable weather expected on Tuesday.

The PSD advised drivers to exercise extra care on the roads to avoid accidents caused by slippery surfaces due to rainfall, as well as reduced horizontal visibility resulting from dust, particularly in desert areas.

Furthermore, it emphasized the importance of staying away from the edges of valleys and areas prone to flash floods, and warned against attempting to cross roads where water levels have risen.

The PSD also encourages citizens not to hesitate to call the unified emergency number, 911, should the need arise.
