Ammon News - No official statements have been issued by the Public Security Directorate (PSD) confirming the arrest of the terrorist cell involved in Friday's attack on a church in Hamoud village, which left seven people dead and 40 others injured.

Al Mamlaka TV reported during a live broadcast from Humud village that security operations to track down the perpetrators were still ongoing, as official confirmation from the PSD regarding developments in the incident remained pending.

Security forces remain deployed across Karak Governorate, with dozens of checkpoints continuing to operate in various areas, despite the removal of some roadblocks established on Friday.

The security cordon surrounding the church also remains in place as security forces continue their operations on the ground.
