Ammon News - Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) general index rose 0.13 percent on Tuesday to close at 4,197 points, as the turnover reached JD8.3 million.
A total of 4 million shares were traded through 3,570 transactions.
Of the 99 companies traded, 31 recorded share price gains, while 29 registered declines.
At the sectoral level, the industrial and services indexes rose 0.49 percent and 0.19 percent, respectively, while the financial index edged down 0.01 percent.
