Ammon News - The media spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate (PSD) said that the owner of a café in the capital filed a complaint on Sunday reporting that a metal safe inside the café had been broken into and JD 1,500 stolen after unidentified individuals entered the café at night.
The spokesperson said investigators, through collecting information and evidence from the crime scene, narrowed their suspicion to two individuals with prior criminal records. Their locations were identified, and police raided two separate sites, arrested both suspects, and recovered part of the stolen money in their possession.
