Ammon News - The General Command of the Jordan Armed Forces – Arab Army clarified, with reference to an earlier statement regarding the evacuation of 11 Jordanian citizens injured in a traffic accident in the Arab Republic of Egypt, that 10 of the injured have been evacuated to Jordan, while the evacuation of the eleventh patient by air is currently not possible based on a medical assessment of his condition and out of concern for his safety.
The injured individual is receiving the necessary medical care in Egypt, and his health condition is being monitored continuously. The possibility of transferring him to Jordan will be reassessed in line with developments in his condition and the recommendations of the specialized medical team.
The General Command emphasized that the patient's safety remains the top priority and that all necessary measures regarding his transfer to Jordan will be taken in accordance with his medical condition and the recommendations of the attending physicians.
