Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A woman driving her vehicle Saturday night in Madaba lost control of the car and crashed into a nearby closed shop, Al Arab Al Yawm reported.

After the car settled inside the shop, the woman realized she had crashed into a beauty salon after she broke through its metal gate and glass door.

Ironically, the exterior gate of the beauty salon locked after the car penetrated six meters into the store, and the woman was unable to get out until Civil Defense Department cadres arrived and cut through the metal gate.

Eye witnesses said that the car went on the sidewalk and above the stairs leading to the shop, and had lost control of the car after a vehicle behind her was honking the horn excessively, Al Arab Al Yawm reported.

Much of the contents of the store were destroyed, mirrors broke, and beauty supplies had scattered all over the store.
