Ammon News - The family of Jordanian artist Fouad Hijazi, who died on Saturday at King Hussein Medical City, has decided to transfer his body to his hometown of Beirut, Lebanon, where he will be laid to rest.

The Jordanian Artists Syndicate announced that a condolence gathering for the late artist Fouad Hijazi will be held at the syndicate’s headquarters in Al-Weibdeh to receive condolences from members of the cultural and artistic community and the late artist’s admirers.

The gathering will take place on Sunday, August 23, 2026, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
