A collision between two trucks, one of them a sewage tanker, caused severe traffic congestion on the Adasiya Road on Monday evening.

Photos taken by citizens showed long lines of vehicles forced to stop after the road was closed following the crash between the two trucks.

Later, the Public Security Directorate (PSD) announced that a two-truck collision in Adassiyah on the Amman-Dead Sea Road injured three people and damaged the vehicles on Monday afternoon.

The crash completely blocked the lane, prompting traffic authorities and emergency responders to set up temporary detours, while crews worked to clear the road and restore traffic flow, it said.
