06-08-2026 11:45 AM

Ammon News - Jordan’s foreign reserves rose by approximately $1.1 billion by the end of July 2026 compared with their level at the end of 2025, reaching $26.6 billion.

According to data from the Central Bank of Jordan (CBJ), this level of reserves is sufficient to cover the Kingdom’s imports of goods and services for 8.7 months, nearly three times the international benchmark for reserve adequacy.

This reflects the strength of Jordan’s monetary and financial stability foundations, as well as the Kingdom’s attractive economic environment.
