Ammon News - The Kingdom's peak electricity load reached 4,140 megawatts (MW) on Monday, according to the National Electric Power Company (NEPCO).
The company said the Kingdom’s electricity system continues to operate with a high level of reliability and that it is implementing its planned measures to address higher electricity loads as elevated temperatures and increased demand for power persist.
NEPCO also emphasized the importance of conserving electricity, particularly during peak demand periods, noting that doing so contributes to maintaining the stability and reliability of the national electricity grid.
