Ammon News - An official military source at the General Command of the Jordan Armed Forces–Arab Army said that national air defense systems successfully intercepted and shot down four missiles that breached Jordanian airspace from Iranian territory early Tuesday morning.
The source said the interception operation was carried out with a high degree of efficiency as part of operational measures aimed at safeguarding the Kingdom's sovereignty, security, and citizens, confirming that the incident caused no casualties or material damage.
The source added that Royal Engineering Corps teams handled the fallen debris across several locations in accordance with approved technical and security protocols, taking all necessary precautions to secure the sites and ensure public safety.
