Ammon News - AMMONNEWS – Rakan Qadah – A 26-year-old man apparently hung himself with a rope and died on Saturday morning near his home in Khaldieh in Mafraq governorate.
 
The public prosecutor and members of the Forensic Laboratory arrived at the scene shortly afterwards. The initial examination report revealed that the man had apparently committed suicide.

The public prosecutor ordered the body transferred to the Northern Center for Forensic Medicine for an autopsy to determine the cause of death. Authorities launched an investigation into the incident.
 
In a separate incident, a man in his 40s was struck in his leg by random gunfire in front of his house in Assamik district in Madaba governorate on Friday evening. He was transferred to the state-run Al Nadeem Hospital and is in stable condition. Authorities have launched an investigation into the incident.
