Ammon News - President of the Jordanian Association for Restaurants and Sweets Shops Owners Omar Al Awad on Wednesday, revealed that there will be no increase in the prices of sweets and maamoul of all kinds during Eid al-Adha.

Al Awad told "Ammon News" that prices will remain close to last year’s levels.

He explained that promotional offers are dominating the sweets market, noting that the final assessment of the season depends on the last 48 hours before Eid, which are considered the decisive period for consumer purchasing activity.

Al Awad also expected restaurants to witness strong demand and good business activity during Eid al-Adha.
