Ammon News - Minister of Government Communication and official government spokesperson, Mohammad Al-Momani, said that Jordan continues its humanitarian role toward Syrian refugees as part of a voluntary return policy aligned with international law, despite challenges and increasing burdens, and within the framework of supporting stability and providing assistance to those in need.
He added that more than 192,000 Syrian refugees registered with the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) have voluntarily returned to Syria since the fall of the former regime until today.
