Ammon News - The Eastern Military Zone in early Tuesday morning thwarted an attempt to smuggle large quantities of narcotics using balloons guided by rudimentary devices.
The operation was carried out inside Jordanian territory after the narcotics were detected by border guards in coordination with security agencies and the Anti-Narcotics Department. The seized materials were handed over to the competent authorities for necessary action.
