Ammon News - The Jordanian national football team faced Kuwait in a group stage match of the Arab Cup at Ahmed bin Ali Stadium in Qatar on Saturday.

The Nashama fielded a starting lineup that included Yazeed Abu Laila, Abdullah Nasib, Saed Al-Rosan, Hussam Abu Al-Dahab, Adham Al-Quraishi, Nizar Al-Rashdan, Amer Jamous, Mohannad Abu Taha, Mahmoud Mardi, Ali Alwan, and Yazan Al-Naimat.

Al-Nashama currently leads Group C with 3 points, while Kuwait has 1 point.

In the 16th minute, Mohannad Abu Taha scored the first goal for Nashama.

The first half ended with Jordan leading Kuwait 1-0.

In the 49th minute, Saed Al-Rosan scored Jordan's second goal against Kuwait.

Ali Alwan scored the third goal for Al Nashama in the 52nd minute of the match, but the referee decided to cancel the goal after returning to VAR because of the offside of the Jordanian player Mahmoud Mardi.

Kuwait scored its first goal against Nashama in the 83rd minute of the match.

In the 95th minute of the match, Ali Alwan scored the third goal for Al-Nashama against Kuwait from a penalty kick, after which the referee blew the final whistle.
