Ammon News - Rescue teams reported on Saturday that around 9,500 Palestinians remain missing in the Gaza Strip, even after the ceasefire, which entered into effect in its first phase on Thursday evening, following approval by the Israeli government.

Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation forces have committed genocidal crimes in the Gaza Strip, resulting in the killing of more than 67,000 Palestinians and the injury of approximately 170,000 others, most of whom are children and women.

Meanwhile, a famine has claimed the lives of 460 people, including 154 children.
