Ammon News - This is the stomach-churning moment a doctor removed a live crab from a boy's ear after he felt something wriggling in his head following a trip to the beach in Mexico.

Kitzia Mitre said a 'new fear was unlocked' after the crustacean emerged from her son Pedro's lughole.

They had just visited the beach when he started to complain of discomfort. The influencer, who is also a fashion designer took Pedro to a local health centre.

After investigating, doctors discovered the baby crab had burrowed in the boy's ear.

After the the small creature was taken out, it was seen still alive and wandering across the stretcher.
