Ammon News - Spokesperson for Jordan Customs Department said that the Jordanian customs personnel at the Anti-Smuggling Directorate, in cooperation with security agencies, were able to seize 13,100 cartons of cigarettes and large quantities of e-cigarettes, tobacco, and smoking accessories in two separate cases that were professionally seized.
The seized items included 13,100 cartons of smuggled cartons of cigarettes, 2,130 e-cigarettes, 13,800 packs of juice and e-liquids, 610 kilograms of tobacco, and 8,250 cigars, the department added.
The Jordan Customs Department called on citizens to contact it if they have any concerns or suspicions regarding smuggling, or any harmful or counterfeit materials that harm the national economy, by calling the toll-free number 105.
