Ammon News - Jordan will take part on Monday in an extraordinary meeting of the foreign ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) member states to discuss the ongoing Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people.
The meeting aims to coordinate positions and joint efforts to confront measures and plans seeking to entrench the occupation and impose full Israeli control over the Gaza Strip, in addition to addressing acts of genocide, starvation, forced displacement, and the blockade, as well as the unprecedented humanitarian crisis in the enclave.
The OIC reaffirmed that the Palestinian cause remains the organization’s central issue.
The meeting will be held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and will commence at 10:30 a.m. on Monday.
