Ammon News - Five military aircraft carrying 35 tons of humanitarian aid, baby formula, and food supplies took off Tuesday from King Abdullah II Air Base in the Ghabawi area, as part of international efforts led by Jordan to deliver humanitarian aid by air to areas within the Gaza Strip.
A plane belonging to the Royal Jordanian Air Force, a plane from the UAE, another from France, and two planes from Germany participated in the airdrops.
The JAF has conducted 140 airdrops since the return of airdrops, including 293 joint airdrops in cooperation with other countries. In total, these airdrops have delivered nearly 325 tonnes of aid since July 27.
