Ammon News - The Jordanian Armed Forces/ Arab Army (JAF) carried out on Sunday seven airdrops of food and humanitarian aid to Gaza on Sunday, with the participation of a number of countries, to deliver 61 tons of aid,

The airdrops are carried out within Jordan's efforts to support the people of the Gaza Strip during these difficult living conditions.

Seven aircraft, conducted the airdrops two from the Royal Jordanian Air Force, one from France, one from the United Arab Emirates, two from Germany, and one from Belgium.

The landing operation was accompanied by a number of members of the Senate's National Guidance and Media Committee, who were briefed on the humanitarian and relief efforts led by the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in support of the people of the Gaza Strip. They commended Jordan's fraternal role towards the people and brothers in Gaza, and affirmed their pride in the efforts led by His Majesty King Abdullah II in standing with the Palestinian brothers and supporting their cause in various forums.

The JAF has conducted 421 Jordanian airdrops since the beginning of the war on Gaza, in addition to 284 joint airdrops in cooperation with other countries.
