Ammon News - US President Donald Trump said on Monday that a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas in Gaza was "possible."
Trump stated he had talked to Israeli officials and told them they may need to do things a different way.
He made the comments to reporters at his Turnberry golf resort in Scotland where he was meeting UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
Trump also expressed his frustration with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
"I'm disappointed in President Putin," he said.
He added that he would be reducing a 50-day deadline he gave Russia over its war with Ukraine.
On July 14, Trump said he would impose tariffs and sanctions on Russia if Moscow would not make a ceasefire agreement within 50 days.
"I'm going to reduce that 50 days that I gave him to a lesser number," he said. He did not give a new deadline.
