Ammon News - The Central Bank of Jordan (CBJ), on behalf of the government, issued the 22nd issue of treasury bonds, valued at JD50 million, with a maturity of seven years and an interest rate of 6.325%.
With this issuance, the total number of treasury bonds issued by the government since the beginning of 2025 has reached JD2.825 billion, through 22 issuances.
In addition, the issuance of bonds worth JD400 million and bonds worth JD275 million for the National Electric Power Company (NEPCO).
The government also issued, through the CBJ, dollar bonds worth $1.115 billion and one issue of dollar bills worth $50 million.
