Ammon News - Thirteen citizens were killed and others injured on Monday due to the ongoing Israeli shelling of various areas in the Gaza Strip.

Five citizens were killed when the Israeli occupation forces bombed a residential apartment belonging to the Za'rab family in the Al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Younis. They were transferred to Nasser Hospital in the southern Gaza Strip.

Five other citizens were killed and more than 30 injured when the occupation forces bombed a three-story house belonging to the Nofal family near the UNRWA factory in the Japanese neighborhood, west of Khan Younis.

Three citizens were killed and several others were injured when the occupation forces bombed a house in the Maghazi refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip. They were transferred to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah.

Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation forces have launched an aggression against the Gaza Strip, resulting in the killing of 59,821 citizens, the majority of whom were children and women, and the injury of 144,851 others, according to a preliminary toll.

A number of victims remain under the rubble and on the streets, unable to be reached by ambulances and rescue teams. WAFA
