Jordan's tourism revenues up by 11.9% in first half of 2025

Ammon News - The Kingdom's tourism revenues surged by 11.9% during the first half of 2025, reaching $3.676.7 billion, preliminary data released by the Central Bank of Jordan (CBJ) reveled.

The data also showed a 3.7% decline in tourism revenues during June 2025, reaching $619.2 million, due to geopolitical tensions in the region.

Tourism revenues from Asian nationalities increased by 42.9%, Europeans by 35.6%, Americans by 25.8%, Arabs by 11.5%, and other nationalities by 43.0%. Tourism revenues from Jordanian expatriates decreased by 0.8% during the first half of 2025.
