Ammon News - Jordanian firefighting teams from the Civil Defense Department, which participated in extinguishing the wildfires in Syria, have begun returning to Jordan after completing their missions in their designated locations.

The Public Security Directorate posted photos of Civil Defense vehicles on their way back, captioned: "Jordanian firefighting teams on their way back after a heroic humanitarian effort on the Syrian coast."

Jordanian Civil Defense teams in Syria were able to control forest fires the the areas of responsibility assigned to them, which were designated for Jordanian Civil Defense work.
