Ammon News - The media spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate (PSD) stated that the investigation team into the assault on journalist Fares Habashneh was able to identify the vehicle used in the incident and seize it.

Via information gathering, the suspects in the case were identified and traced. One of them was arrested, and the search for the remaining suspects is ongoing. The investigation is still ongoing to determine the full circumstances of the incident, the media spokesperson indicated.

Once the investigation team completes its work, the circumstances of the incident will be clarified and the case will be referred to the judiciary, he added.
