Ammon News - The Northern Military Zone thwarted at dawn on Thursday an infiltration attempt on one of its border crossings within its area of ​​responsibility, according to an official military source in the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF).

The source explained that three individuals were spotted attempting to cross the border illegally. The rules of engagement were applied, they were arrested, and transferred to the relevant authorities.

The source affirmed that the Jordanian Armed Forces are working with all their might and determination to harness all available resources to confront such operations and prevent all forms and attempts at infiltration and smuggling, in order to preserve the security and stability of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
