Ammon News - Speaker of the Lower House, Ahmad Safadi, affirmed that the soldiers of the General Intelligence Department are the soldiers of light who uncovered plots targeting Jordan.

Safadi stated that matters require putting everything in its proper place, in accordance with the constitution, the law, and a fair judiciary, to cleanse the national space of all impurities. He reiterated that there are no opposition voices under the Parliament's dome, but rather partisan voices that oppose the performance of governments and their loyalty to His Majesty the King and the nation.

The Lower House will hold accountable anyone who attempts to outbid the King, the government, the people, the Arab Army, the Intelligence Department, and the security services, he stated.

Safadi also pointed out that national unity is too sacred to be undermined by any spiteful or ungrateful person.
