Ammon News - Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) will continue to accept submissions of 2024 annual reports from companies until the end of Sunday, April 6, 2025.

The commission indicated that no measures will be imposed on companies if they submit their reports within this period.

The commission based its decision on the approaching deadline for public joint-stock companies to provide the commission with their 2024 annual reports, which falls on March 31, 2025.

Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) also confirmed that, based on the letter from commission, the deadline for receiving the audited annual financial statements for the period ending December 31, 2024 will be extended until the end of Sunday, April 6, 2025. Al-Mamlaka
