Ammon News - The tourism income increased during January by 22.8% to reach $680.5 million, compared to $554.2 million during the corresponding month of 2024, according to a preliminary data issued by the Central Bank of Jordan (CBJ).
Tourism income from Jordanian expatriates increased by 22.7%, from Arabs by 20.2%, and from foreigners by 30.7%, the data indicated.
The data also showed an increase in spending on tourism abroad during January of 2025 by 29.4% to reach $184.9 million, compared to $142.9 million during the same month of 2024. Al-Mamlaka
