Ammon News - Speaker of the Lower House of Representatives, Ahmad Safadi, affirmed all Jordanians's "unwavering" support to His Majesty King Abdullah II in rejecting the displacement of Palestinian people and supporting their steadfastness on their land to obtain their full legitimate rights, mainly establishment of an independent state.

Receiving Jordan Bar Association (JBA)'s rally held in support of His Majesty, Safadi added that: "Our position is firm and clear. We back the King, our army and security services and reject solutions at the expense of Jordan."

Jordan, under His Majesty's leadership, has remained "resolute" in its position towards the Arab issues, primarily the Palestinian cause, he pointed out.

Jordan, he noted, has carried out the Hashemite custodianship over Jerusalem's Islamic and Christian holy sites "robustly and staunchly" and has made every effort to support people in the Gaza Strip to face the brutal aggression.

Meanwhile, JBA President, Yahya Abu Aboud, said the association "clearly" expresses a "firm" position in supporting His Majesty’s positions in refusing displacement plans of the Gaza residents.

"All stand behind His Majesty in firmly rejecting displacement proposals aimed at liquidating the Palestinian cause and will not accept any solutions at the expense of Jordan," he affirmed. Petra
