Ammon News - A Cabinet session, headed by Dr. Jafar Hassan, decided on Wednesday not to pay any financial amounts, bonuses or allowances to employees who are members of government committees if the work of these committees is held during official working hours.

The Cabinet directed the Minister of State for Legal Affairs and the Minister of State for Public Sector Development to study the issue of government committees and the rewards and allowances granted to their members according to the regulations and legislation in a comprehensive manner, and to submit the necessary recommendations to the Cabinet in this regard to take the appropriate decision regarding them.
