Foreign Ministry condemns attack at a cemetery in Saudi Jeddah city

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates has condemned the "cowardly" attack that targeted a cemetery in the city of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and injured two people.


The ministry’s spokesperson, Dhaifallah Fayez, affirmed the Kingdom’s "strong" condemnation and denunciation of this "cowardly" attack that targeted innocent people and contradicts all religious and humanitarian values and principles, said a press statement issued on Wednesday.


The Kingdom absolutely supports the brotherly Saudi Arabia against threats to its security and stability, and the necessary measures taken to combat extremism and maintain security and stability, according to Fayez.


Fayez expressed his sincere wishes for a speedy recovery to the injured.
