PM, ministers sign code of honour governing ethical behaviour

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Prime Minister, Bisher Khasawneh and all members of the ministerial team have signed the code of honour that governs conduct and avoidance of conflict of interest at the Cabinet-level.


The ministers, during the Cabinet’s meeting held on Wednesday, signed the code of honour, which the Council of Ministers must abide by.


The code of honour aims to ensure ethical performance, and disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may arise when the ministers perform their duties.


The code also defines the duties and responsibilities that the ministerial team undertakes in order to ensure the implementation of programmes, projects and plans that will achieve national objectives.
