Dr. Zureikat told the Jordan News Agency (Petra) that the doctor tested positive after coming in contact with a female patient who proved to be infected with the COVID-19. The doctor is currently isolated in the hospital, along with other doctors and nurses of the department, and has not get in touch with his family members, Zureikat added.

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A preliminary coronavirus test for a doctor in al-Bashir Hospital's internal department came back positive, Head of Hospital, Dr. Mahmoud Zureiqat, said on Tuesday.

Dr. Zureikat told the Jordan News Agency (Petra) that the doctor tested positive after coming in contact with a female patient who proved to be infected with the COVID-19.

The doctor is currently isolated in the hospital, along with other doctors and nurses of the department, and has not get in touch with his family members, Zureikat added.
