AMMONNEWS - The State Security Court (SSC), chaired by Col. Jude. Ali Muhiddin, has decided to postpone the so-called "tobacco case" to next Tuesday to complete hearing a number of prosecution witnesses.

During a public session held on Wednesday, the SSC heard three prosecution witnesses in the fake-brand cigarettes case.

The SSC President agreed to release former Director General of Customs Waddah Al-Hmoud, a judicial bail worth JD100,000, while keeping the travel ban and the precautionary custody on movables and immovables against the defendant.

The SSC began to try suspects in the case on Tuesday, March 12.
