Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Interior Minister Salameh Hammad on Wednesday discussed with Qatari Ambassador Sheikh Saud bin Nasser Al Thani ways of boosting cooperation between the two countries in various fields.

During the meeting, Hammad said the attention extended by the two countries' leaders have facilitated the Jordanian and Qatari sides task to enhance ties in various political, economic, social and security fields.

He underlined the Jordanian government's keenness to provide all means of care for citizens of Qatar and the Arab Gulf countries living in the Kingdom, pointing out that the Ministry follows up on Qataris to solve all obstacles facing them.

The minister lauded Qatar's supportive stance of Jordan in many fields and in all Arab, regional and international arenas.

For his part, the Qatari envoy voiced pride in the relationship between the leaderships of the two countries and their brotherly peoples, which were realized in further economic, political and social cooperation.
