Low-altitude clouds are also expected to appear, with north-westerly moderate to brisk winds, the JMD added. Daytime temperatures expected for today in Amman will be around 30 degrees Celsius, 29 degrees in the northern cities and 28 in the southern cities, dropping down to 19, 20 and 17 degrees respectively. The weather will be hotter in the port city of Aqaba with highs reaching 38 degrees and lows standing at 27, the JMD stated. On Saturday, a slight in temperatures is forecast bringing moderate summer-like conditions in most regions, but it will stay hot in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea, with northwesterly moderate winds.
