Jordan condemns Kabul, Mogadishu blasts

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates condemned on Thursday the three successive explosions in the Afghan capital Kabul, which resulted in several deaths and injuries.

The ministry also condemned the blast that targeted the municipality building of the Somali capital, Mogadishu, and led to deaths and injuries.

The ministry's spokesperson, Ambassador Sufian Qudah, reiterated Jordan's solidarity with the governments and peoples of Afghanistan and Somalia in countering terrorism and "blind" violence aimed at sabotaging the security, safety and stability of the two friendly countries.

Qudah also expressed deep condolences to the victims and wishes for the speedy recovery of the injured.

Regardless of their roots and motifs, he affirmed the Kingdom's firm stance to reject the various forms of violence and terrorism targeting all without distinction on religion and race.
