Jordan follows up on state of affairs of kidnapped Jordanians in Libya

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Jordan said Monday it is following up on the situation of three kidnapped Jordanians in Libya’s Tripoli and that they are expected to be released soon.

“The ministry is in direct communication with the Libyan authorities and has sent several memos to follow up on their conditions,” Jordan’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson Sufian Qudah said in a statement.

He added that the three Jordanians are in good conditions and are still held in Tripoli.

The Jordanian official called on all Jordanians in Libya to be cautious in light of Libyan crisis, adding that the ministry is working on assisting all Jordanians who wish to leave Libya.
