Jordanian expats' remittances up 4pct in two months, at $600mln

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Jordanians working abroad sent home a staggering $600 million in the first two months (January and February) of the current year, indicating in increase of 4 percent compared with the same period in 2018, official data revealed.

The Central Bank of Jordan said in a statement that Jordanian expatriates' remittances in February was up 3.5 percent at $278 million against $269 million in the same month last year.
