His Majesty was received by Iraqi President Barham Salih, a number of senior officials as well as Jordan's ambassador to Iraq . Upon arrival at the Baghdad International Airport, King Abdullah was given a formal reception, where the two leaders were saluted by guards of honor, while marching music band played the Jordan Royal Anthem and the Iraqi National Anthem. His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II was sworn in as Regent in the presence of Cabinet members.

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - His Majesty King Abdullah II early Monday arrived in Baghdad on an official visit.

His Majesty was received by Iraqi President Barham Salih, a number of senior officials as well as Jordan's ambassador to Iraq .

Upon arrival at the Baghdad International Airport, King Abdullah was given a formal reception, where the two leaders were saluted by guards of honor, while marching music band played the Jordan Royal Anthem and the Iraqi National Anthem.

His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II was sworn in as Regent in the presence of Cabinet members.
