Cabinet discusses package of decisions related to administrative reform

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - The Cabinet on Monday discussed a set of decisions related to administrative reform and the development of the public sector performance as an immediate step towards implementing the government's priorities for the years 2019 and 2020. These decisions will be announced later.

Prime Minister Omar Razzaz underlined the importance of this package of decisions in implementing the priorities of the government on combating corruption, enhancing transparency and integrity, raising the efficiency of public sector and eliminating administrative slack.

He pointed out that these decisions will contribute to ensure the governance, institutionalization and development of actions taken in all ministries and government departments, leading to the development of the government apparatus.

The decisions also aim to strengthen the capacities of government institutions and enable them to eliminate corruption and activate the principle of accountability.
