The meeting focused on boosting Jordanian-Palestinian relations in the field of energy and the agreements signed to increase energy supply from Jordan to Palestine. President Abbas praised the brotherly relations between the Palestinian and Jordanian peoples and praised the agreement signed to develop the energy sector in both countries. He also affirmed the importance of exchanging expertise and coordination between the two sides.
