AMMONNEWS - A tangible rise in temperatures is forecast on Tuesday, bringing warm conditions across many parts of the Kingdom with southeasterly moderate winds, the Jordan Meteorological Department(JMD) said.

Clouds are also forecast at high altitudes, with a weak chance for scattered showers at night, the JMD added.

Daytime temperatures forecast for today in Amman and the northern cities will hover around 26 degrees Celsius, dropping down to 14 at night. The weather will be hot in the port city of Aqaba with highs reaching 37 degrees and lows standing at 24, the JMD added.

Unstable weather conditions will start affecting the Kingdom on Wednesday, pushing down temperatures across the Kingdom with the possibility of rain that might be accompanied by thunder lightning.

The unstable conditions will continue on Thursday, with partly cloudy to cloudy skies and scattered rain that might turn to heavy downpour in some areas and accompanied by thunder lightning, the JMD added .
